International Position Strategy: CR & Associates provides advise to organizations and universities in their process of design and implementing their international relations strategy by identifying potential partners that may contribute to the internationalization of academic, research and extension activities. Services on this area include:

	Global Academic Activities: Management of agreements of international mobility for researchers, teaching staff and students; design of double degrees with foreign universities; incorporation of the European Union’s Credit System (ECTS) to study plans; selection, administration and update of information on scholarships, invitations to tenders and courses abroad.
	Global  Scientific Activities: Advising on the preparation and presentation of research projects to several international agencies & Donors which provides financial support (CYTED, European Union’s VII Framework Program of , Inter American Development Bank –IADB-, UN System, World Bank, Rockefeller, Gates, Thinker, Ford, etc.), Assistance for the institution participation in different international research networks and design & management of research cooperation agreements, development of joint research projects and training of human resources abroad.
	International funding for extension activities: Advice to the University’s Social Assistance areas in the design and presentation of social projects to international cooperation agencies and donors foundations, we provide assistance in the search for volunteers and resources for the community and social activities carried out by the institution and we help in the international promotion of the university in terms of social responsibility.

Fund-raising activities: Assistance on the search for in-kind and cash resources for infrastructure, research and/or social projects. Activities are oriented mainly to trying to obtain resources from non-reimbursable international sources. These services include:

	Local Fund-raising: Assistance on the development of fund-raising campaigns (Annual, Capital & Specific) identifying the suitable instrument (Alumni Club, Family & Students, Companies, Governments and Institutions)  focused on the design of institutional network maps, training of human resources and Marketing Plans including institutional networking techniques, agenda management and contact follow-up.
	International Fundraising: Design of strategic fund-raising global plans that cover all portfolio of international donors, the formulation and presentation of the projects and its follow-up during the evaluation period. CR Consulting counts with its own client portfolio and contacts on most donor organizations and foundations established in Latin America. Lobbing activities are part of the fundraising art in each institution and CR & Associates helps their clients in this matter.
	Equipment and In Kind Donations: Identification, selection and management of equipment, medicines, supplies and tools available for laboratories, universitary hospitals, research centers and governments. Health Sciences, Veterinary, Agricultural Sciences, Environment Sciences and Engineering are the main work areas of this programme.
	Creation and support of Fund-raising Units: Assistance in the Fund raising unit’s start-up process according to the fund-raising strategic guidelines and support on each of its phases.
	Production of documents and studies: The fund-raising issue has currently little bibliography available in Latin America. CR & Associates periodically edits documents and reports on different aspects related to the resources and funding development for public and private Latin Americans organizations particularly on the higher education sector. We annually edits the “Successful fund-raising Latin American cases Report”, that includes a description of the main beneficiary institutions, donors, and the profile of all founded projects.

Consulting on International Development: We provides professional services and advising in relation to all stages of the project’s cycle (Identification of needs and problems, formulation, planning, execution and evaluation) on topics as Education, Health, Institutional Strengthening, Small and Medium Enterprise Development. CR & Associates acts based on a participative approach of all agents involved (governments, financial agencies, private institutions, NGOs and communities) from a wide concept of human development and seeking to improve the life condition of all beneficiary communities. 	Viability Studies: Elaboration of preliminary projects, analysis and evaluation of strategic plans, social and financial demand studies and sustainability.
	Project Design: Includes formulation, planning, infrastructure studies, equipment and search for financial support.
